Distribution of Business Plan to Macro & Micro level up to respective departmental level. Achieving Process Costing Target as per the Target Set in Business Plan. Achieving Recovery & Yields as per the plan. Ensuring all SAP & ERP related data entry work & Monthly Closing on Time. Ensuring Cost Reduction by means of Out of Box Thinking. Ensuring Customer Quality as per standard & Zero Complaint from Customers. Ensuring Consumables & Others Consumption in a cost effective & efficient way on PMT basis. Actively participation & contribution in Development of New Customers. Participate and Actively Support Strategy Development in New Products and New Applications. Leading teams which are focused on the primary purposes of daily operation through safety, quality, service, and productivity levels. Directing & guiding sub-ordinate and assigning work to them. Handling the interpersonal aspect of the job including disciplinary activity, coordination with other staff, work rule enforcement, and labor relations. KEY ASSIGNMENTS :- My responsibilities are handling the overall production related activity in Lead Plant which is consisting of Battery Breaking & Separation Unit, Lead Smelter (Rotary Furnace with Oxy-Fuel (LPG) Burner) & Refinery. Lead Plant includes Oxy-fuel (LPG) fired Rotary Furnaces (Capacity - 15 MT – 1 Nos.), Refining Pots (Capacity – 50 MT – 3 Nos., 30 MT – 1No.), Battery Breaking & Separation Unit (BBSU) and Ingot Casting Machines (1 No.)
My responsibilities was handling the overall production related activity in Lead Plant which is consisting of Lead Smelter (Rotary Furnace with Oxy-Fuel Burner), Refinery, Tin Plant & Antimony Tri-oxide plant. Lead Plant includes Oxy-fuel fired Rotary Furnaces (Capacity - 20 MT – 1 Nos.), Refining Pots (Capacity – 100 MT – 5 Nos.), RBF (Reverberatory Furnace – Capacity – 60 MT), Battery Breaking & Separation Unit (BBSU) and Ingot Casting Machines (1 Nos,). In Lead Smelting, other than battery plates and regular drosses, smelting of Lead Concentrate, Lead Carbonate, Antimony Slag etc. are carried out. In lead refining process, other than usual refining process, De-Antimony by Oxygen Lancing, De-Bismuthising and De-Silverising are also carried out. In tin refining process, tin purity upto 99% are carried out to make tin ingots.

Battery Hydro Separation System, Battery Cutting Machines, PP Washing & PP Granules Production. Also, looking plastics plant which includes washing line & PPCP Granules Extrusion lines which are having the annual capacity of 48,000 MTPA to cater the needs of PP/HDPE Moulding & Fibre Industries globally.

Lead Plant which is consisting of Battery Cutting Machines, Lead Smelter and Refinery. Lead Plant includes Diesel Fired Rotary Furnaces (Capacity 8 MT – 2 Nos.), Refining Pots (Capacity 50 MT – 2 Nos.) and Ingot Casting Machine. Aluminium Plant includes Tilting Rotary Furnace (TRF), Skelner Furnace & Ingot Casting Machine. ACHIEVEMENTS :- (1) Successfully commissioned Diesel Fired Rotary F/c, Refining Pots & Ingot Casting Machines. (2) Successfully produced Ingots of High Purity Lead (Purity>99.99%) and various Lead Alloys. (3) Management awarded Appreciation Letter for Achieving Consistently Highest Production.
