Leading the TGITS APAC & ME Infrastructure Division comprising of 6 Departments managing WAN, LAN, Network Security, Cloud Services, Servers & DB, Data Centers and Affiliate Support services for the APME region
Roles and Responsibilities: o Managing large and complex global IT projects & programs (multi-domain) with portfolio value up to 5 million Euros across multiple geographic zones o Anticipate fast moving business evolutions, keep a keen eye on market context and stay updated with relevant technology changes o Lead the project team and provide clear direction to meet the common project objective and understand the project's priority in the portfolio o Engaging with senior management and CXOs on a regular basis to drive group's IT strategy and ensure alignment with global delivery partners o Help the project team translate business requirements from a business case into a technical and budgetary proposal thereby performing solution analysis, design & cost analysis and making equipment recommendations o Provide mentorship and technical leadership to teammates, ensuring good governance, best practices and knowledge transfer o Provide multi-domain solutions, budgetary and operational recommendations to the business units o Taking ownership of end to end delivery of projects within scope, on time and within budget and facilitate proper change management with various business units
- Worked for TotalEnergies on Finance and Controlling module of SAP,with expertise on the CO module. - Has worked on, Account receivable (Credit & Cash sales flow), General Controlling (COPA, PCA, etc), Project Systems, Report Painter and Writer, Price Chain & Transfer Prices, Authorization for the SAP key users, General Ledger & Asset Accounting, Plant Creation, Stock Valuation (Refinery Maintenance), Integration of SAP Modules (FI-SD, FI-MM), Automatic Payment Program, Asset Accounting, etc. - Efficient in handling real time issues in production environment, skilled in team and third party co-ordination due to the diverse nature of work and good understanding of business process. - Has the experience of spearheading the Year End Closing activity for 2011 and 2012 from SAP FI-CO domain for all affiliates in Template Europe scope.
- Has worked for TotalEnergies on ABAP tickets as well as Production Monitoring Tickets of various domains. - Has worked on various ABAP reports, smart forms, interfaces, LSMWs, etc. - Skilled in debugging the code and handling real time scenario related issues. - Has actively participated in the Year End Closing activities of 2010 from FI-CO domain as a techno functional.
Did internship as a web developer (ASP.NET) as a part of Corporate & Industrial Training. Also worked on client data analysis, market research, E- commerce and MS SQL configuration.
