# We start a new site without using any existing infrastructure - completion of a greenfield project it generally means that all planned work from initial development to full establishment of facility is now operational. (infrastructure development, facility construction, Equipment installation and testing).(2021-2022). # Now manufacturing facility that is fully functional and producing product (infrastructure readiness, equipment & machinery, workforce arrange, production process, compliance and safety, supply chain integration) now also we are involved with or managing and operational factory. (2022- present) # Now we charge deal as works manager -turn to HEAD- Design and new product development.
# Responsible for functional testing, Third party inspection and pre-dispatch inspection. # Checking of welding quality by conducting UT and LPT. # Planning organizing and managing the overall activities of incoming as well as outgoing department. # Responsible for supplier process audit and supplier rating. # Responsible for making test certificate dossier as per QAP and customer requirement. # System/ Material inspection as per GA, P&ID and GD&T and fabrication Drawing. # Identified the bottlenecks of a project well before the actual execution of the projects.
