Hi, I’m Deeksha. I’ve spent the last 4+ years working across HR and operations in high-growth startups, mostly in zero-to-one and scale phases. I started at VideoVerse, working closely with leadership during rapid scaling — hiring across functions, running performance cycles, and setting up core people processes. I then moved to Parspec, where I focused on building more structure — improving hiring conversion, setting up policies, managing office expansion, and leading org-wide initiatives across engagement and operations. More recently, at Renous, I wanted to step a bit outside of a pure HR role and try something different. Community and events felt like the closest fit to my skillset, so I took that chance. I ended up working on growing the community, running events end-to-end, managing operations, and getting involved in the revenue side as we scaled. Over a year (felt like three) — did a bit of everything: people, ops, talent, hiring, and a lot of PPTs; helped with the shift from remote to hybrid. 2 offsites, team grew from 27 to 87, and the move from Seed to Series A. Learned a lot, ready for what’s next.
