I have twelve years of experience as a Training Specialist, six of which also includes an HR Generalist role. From basic orientation and onboarding to online training modules created and published to an LMS, I have been involved in every facet of adult learning related to business. I have created and facilitated instructor led courses for all levels and business segments. Continuous improvement is important to me as I grow and help others grow to be more effective and companies more successful. Specialties: Facilitation of DiSC training modules. Development of online courses using Articulate or Storyline authoring software. Administration configuration, and domain management of corporate Learning Management System. Driving change and supporting strategic culture. Generalist experience also includes recruitment and selection of new associates for my generalist area, performance documentation, policy development, employee relations issues, and general employee lifecycle management.
Responsible for supporting training in all capacities. Creating eLearning modules using Storyline software, developing and delivering classroom style training for different business segments on topics including continuous improvement, engagement, teaming skills, leadership, software and safety. Implement, manage and customize our LMS to include tracking on all training platforms. Source outside training partners when applicable. Successfully write workforce training grant applications, manage trainee database, quarterly reports and grant closure documentation.
