I created the concept and business model for Gold Party Chicago and drove strategic planning for marketing and sales, resulting in more than 1 million in sales during the first 5 months. I also executed the promotional plan which resulted in positive coverage in Crain’s Chicago Business, The Chicago Tribune, 190 North (WGN Channel 9) and Fox local and national News Throughout the startup process and during the greatest growth of the company I trained staff, provided customer support and coordinated 40 to 60 events per month.The business expanded seven fold in three years and launched two additional locations. In July 2012 I successfully sold the business with growth and expansion six times initial start up.
