As Music Director, I led a 5-10 member team through rehearsals and selected repertoire for diverse audiences. In this role, I guided rehearsals by fostering collaboration, mediating disagreements, and providing detailed feedback. I designed each concert to include classical, jazz, broadway, cartoon and film soundtrack music to appeal to a wide range of ages and geographic locations. During this process I crafted speaking points to link Air Force messaging with musical selections to create cohesive, narrative driven concerts.
