2012 – Present Provides support to Chief Security Officer (CSO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Corporate Security & Resilience. • Effectively coordinates meetings/calendars for CSO/CISO internally and externally to outside vendors and clients. • Manages staff meetings/agenda/action items. • Manages budget of travel/training requests and reporting to CSO. • Booking complex travel arrangements for C Suite executives using Concur system. Monitor travel progress and re-rooting when necessary, including emergency car service and flights through back-up airports. • Manages company awards program for reporting, utilization and budgeting. • Process complex expense reports and approve all expense management reports for extended management team. • Management and approval of Paid time off Calendars for CSO/CISO for all direct reports. • Point of contact for corporate expense guidelines for CS&R colleagues. • Procurement of all mobile devices for Physical/Fraud Departments. • Training coordinator, reporting, ensuring compliance for all CS&R colleagues (450+ colleagues). • Approve exemptions for all lines of businesses throughout the Bank against CS&R Policies. • Update all email distribution lists for CS&R (450+ colleagues). • Event planning, coordination of audio, agenda, presentations for Town Hall and Employee Appreciation week. • Review monthly Board agendas, and other compliance regulatory meetings to ensure that the CSO and CISO are prepared, this includes coordinating materials/presentations as needed. • Monitoring and prioritizing emails for CSO escalating issues or approvals as needed.
Supported Consumer Market Managers: • Effectively coordinated meetings/calendars for three leaders. • Coordinate market activities, i.e. quarterly/monthly recognition events, community activities. • Process all procurements, including, but not limited to, office supplies, computer equipment and on-boarding of new vendors. • Gathers, compiles and reports information to Market Team/Banking Center Associates • SharePoint design and development to help coordinate activities/meetings/deadlines for corporate initiatives. • Expense management processing for leadership team. • Manage staffing reports, FTE budget management. • Acts as SME on corporate guidelines for timekeeping, compliance, education and ensure that associates are compliant. • Process all associate changes in HR system, including transfers, hourly changes, pay increases and terminations.
