My corporate background is diverse and all of it was accomplished and experienced in Los Angeles, CA, which began in the following order: 1) Flight Attendant for Delta Airlines based at LAX 2) Haute Couture Fashion Model, Commercial Print, Infomercial Talent - CESD - Cunningham, Escott, Slevin, & Dipene - Los Angeles 3) Sales Manager for Marriott Hotels - We opened the Courtyard by Marriott - Old Town Pasadena 4) Account Executive for Los Angeles Daily News 5) Owner of Startup Company - Home Ecology Systems LLC - North Hollywood, CA 6) Real Estate Asset Manager, CMCA, AMS (HOA Sector) for Ross Morgan & Company, Inc. - Sherman Oaks, CA 7) HOA Portfolio Manager (New Developments), CCAM, CMCA, AMS for Action Property Management, Inc. - Los Angeles & Irvine. (CCAM, CMCA, and AMS were designations I held while in the industry.) Subsequently, I left Los Angeles and went on a journey across the United States. Over the past eleven years, I have traveled extensively throughout the U.S. The opportunity to explore our nation piqued my educational interests in learning about the tripartite aspects of human beings (spirit, soul, and body) and in experiencing the sociological differences in the diverse regions. As I traveled and met people (where I would live in their culture for months), I began studying behavioral sciences and health sciences at an accredited online university, part-time, throughout COVID. At the wrap of my journey, I have only one course to complete (working on it currently) to attain a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Cognate in Behavioral Science and Health Science from Liberty University. I have also begun the AI ramp up. Today, I reside in Austin, Texas. As we witness the continued AI quantum shift in the marketplace, I sense that corporations will begin hiring more humans as contracted workers for special projects, working alongside bots, in many cases, as the corporations make their pivots. The paradigm of the workplace will continue to change. I am open to work on special projects (hybrid) and am committed to being a lifelong learner. Colonel Ret.
