Curiosity, a quick learner and idealism have been hallmarks of my career. Over the course of my life, I have moved 16 times, lived in four cities and two countries — experiences that have strengthened my ability to adapt and my interest in diverse contexts. I am an interdisciplinary entrepreneur with a PhD in Innovation Management, specialising in biotechnology, the bioeconomy and precision agriculture. At present, I work as an innovation and internationalisation consultant at Zenit GmbH, where I support SMEs – including start-ups – in transforming their business models and achieving their goals. In my career, I have launched a digital start-up in Brazil and a deep-tech start-up in Germany, led European research projects and been awarded several innovation prizes. I am particularly interested in complex challenges, where I combine scientific knowledge with a market-oriented mindset to develop relevant and scalable solutions in agtech and the bioeconomy. What I bring to the table: - Active listening and an open mind to connect people and ideas; - New solutions to old and current challenges; - Authenticity, energy and purpose (less posturing, more truth); - Critical questions that provoke reflection and challenge the status quo.
Supporting startups and SMEs in their internationalization journey by advising on funding opportunities, facilitating partnerships, and connecting companies with the right networks to scale their innovation across borders.
Team member and work package lead in the EIC Transition LiveSen‑MAP project, contributing to the advancement of innovative nitrate sensing technology. I played a key role in coordinating the beta‑testing campaign and in engaging customers through interviews, workshops, and field activities, ensuring their insights were integrated into product development. I also prepared business plans and delivered pitch presentations, managing customer communication and supporting early adopters throughout the process.
