- Build governance frameworks and support policy development to ensure organizational standards and regulatory alignment across all business units - Manage investor operations including stakeholder communications, reporting workflows, and due diligence coordination - Oversee audit operations by coordinating internal and external audits, managing remediation efforts, and maintaining audit documentation - Support compliance monitoring activities and regulatory reporting requirements - Contribute to risk assessment processes and mitigation strategy development - Assist finance operations including reconciliations, reporting support, and process improvements
- Manage accounts payable processes: invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management. - Plan, organize and execute company off-sites. Cross-department event coordination and support - Set up and enforce Travel Management policies, monitor traveling requests and coordinate traveling necessities with the team - Handle accounts receivable activities: invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts. - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial data. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. - Conduct regular audits of financial transactions. - Assist with financial analysis and ad hoc reporting as needed.
