Deborah Loh

E-commerce & Marketing Manager at Eurostop Ltd.

London, England, United Kingdom

About

I have been responsible for leading a team of developers in establishing Eurostop's own responsive e-commerce software. Our range of expertise involves not only the front end web store, but providing a fully connected experience between the online, bricks and mortar channels (EPOS) and head office stock control retail software. I work with both our retail customers and our agile development teams in order to ensure that customer requirements are met and that their online shop is a successful extension of their brand. This is tied with the digital brand experience of the company, and I am also responsible for implementing Eurostop's marketing strategy. We are seeing more advancements in omni channel retail and technology everyday, and I look to create the same cross channel customer engagement experience across the various marketing channels for our company. The breadth, potential scope and dialogic engagement of the digital arena are what excites me about my job. I have both a strong academic background, but also over ten years experience in a commercial environment, and am focused on achieving quality results within deadlines and have an excellent eye for detail.
