• Delivered excellent customer service in a manufacturing environment assisting over 17,000 associates and 300 supervisors/managers along with the payroll processing team members serving as an expert consultant on issues. • Managed and supported approximately 285 time clocks (UKG InTouch and UKG InTouch DX) including programming, monitoring and troubleshooting. • Supported over 250 union contracts monitoring accuracy of payments and any MOA or LOU changes/updates with the UKG time system. • Responsible for tickets requesting manager setups, password resets for our Timestamp associates, resolving clock issues, etc. • Monitored support box for emails regarding time and attendance issues/questions. Provided prompt solutions and responses. • Expert in Accrual knowledge, programming and troubleshooting in WFD Pro. • Provided support in all reporting for HR and end users and any requested audit reports. 2019 - Member of the project team merging three Kronos time systems (iSeries 5.2, WFC from Sara Lee and Kronos WFC from BBU East) into one time and attendance system, UKG WFD Pro. This started with designing the vision and then programming all required setups within the new WFD environment. There were approximately 300 union contracts with overtime, double time, shift differentials, meal penalties, variance pay, day off shift penalties, holiday penalties, attendance and accrual tracking. Detailed programming per contract was required and linked. Proper testing was completed with live data. We also programmed and shipped new InTouch clocks replacing the old 480s and 4500 clocks from the iSeries locations. This was a very tight implementation and all deadlines were met. Traveling to on-site corporate payroll locations in PA was required.
Provided payroll processing for approximately 500 associates with locations in TX, CA and GA. Managed 2 associates within the department as we provided payroll processing using ADP for a semi-monthly payroll. Implemented two different time systems in tracking our overtime and PTO along with attendance tracking for our salaried associates.
