After more than 25 years in the industry, including serving as a Vice President, I understand how AEC firms actually operate day to day. My work focuses on helping firms improve proposal processes, strengthen CRM adoption, align marketing and BD efforts, refine market positioning, and create better visibility into pipeline and pursuit performance. I also help firms evaluate and plan for expansion into new markets by identifying opportunities, refining positioning, and developing practical growth strategies.
