Currently working as a Senior brand manager for Nykaa’s private (owned) brands. My scope spans across 8 brands in 5 categories. I am responsible for growth on nykaa’s online channels, planning marketing spends, managing promotion budgets and delivering EBITDA goals for the online channel. I am also responsible for ad spend efficiency and discount reduction as key goals to drive profitability and growth. Previously, I was working on strategic projects in the CEO’s Office, Nykaa beauty. I was responsible for driving projects and initiatives for the Beauty business with cross functional teams. Some of my key goals included improving profitability, building org structure efficiency, improving customer experience and driving collaboration with strategic partners. I completed my MBA at the Indian School of Business with dual majors in Strategy and Marketing. I am a Chartered Accountant. Post my CA, I worked with KPMG in Deal Advisory. I have successfully executed due diligence on over 12 deals (cumulative deal value INR 1.3 Bn) and assisted leading PE/VCs for potential acquisitions. I completed my CA articleship with EY in Risk Advisory services.

Responsible for driving topline growth for Nykaa’s private label brands spanning across 5 categories as well as holding P&L responsibility on GM, promos & marketing. Leading growth for the private brands along with Marketing Strategies. Responsible for driving profitability and deliver EBITDA at a quarterly level Leading pricing & promotions at omnichannel level. Driving topline growth for Beauty private label brands. Building online and offline strategies for brand growth Devising portfolio level strategies for the right product market fit Building detailed daily, monthly and annual plans to achieve brand objectives.
