By the time a production incident, customer complaint, security breach, poor customer experience, or AI failure becomes visible, the decision that caused it was often made weeks or months earlier. The real challenge is not finding defects. It is helping organisations make confident decisions under uncertainty. That is where I work. I help organisations turn quality from a late testing conversation into a leadership discipline that protects revenue, reputation, speed, and trust. My work sits at the intersection of quality engineering, AI governance, customer experience, risk management, and executive decision making. Over the past 25 years, I have led quality engineering initiatives across industries including Automotive, Avionics, Energy, Retail, Healthcare, Travel, Industrial IoT, and Semiconductor. I have helped organisations strengthen quality governance, improve delivery confidence, and build scalable quality engineering capabilities. My focus extends beyond testing. I help organisations build governance models, operating frameworks, visibility mechanisms, and decision support systems that enable leaders to make informed choices about risk, speed, quality, and AI adoption. As organisations accelerate AI adoption, my work increasingly focuses on trust, transparency, accountability, and responsible AI governance. The goal is not simply to deploy AI faster, but to ensure it strengthens decision making without sacrificing organisational trust. I am a Principal Consultant at Infosys and Co Founder of The Test Chat, a global community connecting quality engineering professionals across more than 80 countries. I also host the TesterSpeak podcast and publish Quality Quest and The Quality Signal. I developed the Trust Centric Quality Engineering (TCQE) framework and the AQ ELEVATE maturity model to help organisations treat quality as a strategic business capability rather than a downstream activity.
