Well what can I say apart from I’m a dedicated & passionate person who wants to make a difference to people less fortunate than me. I’ve worked with people who have additional complex medical needs since 1993 . I have 2 daughters who both have additional complex needs hence the reason why I’m passionate about change. I’ve also worked with people who have mental health issues. My goal is to provide a service that enhances health & wellbeing along with promoting inclusion & reducing isolation and giving people a chance to succeed in life and flourish. This promotes good structured professional quality care in a community setting
Adult Day Service for people with additional needs
Al's club is a social club for young adults with Disabilities & complex medical needs . The aim of Al's club is to promote inclusion in a community setting and reduce isolation. Different activities are available on a weekly basis .. Also run a football club for adults with disabilities. We have recently secured our own base so will be able to hold three 4 hour sessions weekly .
Al’s Arc is a modern adult daycare service for adults who have complex health needs/ Disability. I set this service up for my daughter who has complex health needs, CP etc .
