    This company is a silica sand surface mining operation in New Castle, VA. I am a principal owner with 2 brothers and a sister. My primary responsibility was Sales and Marketing. I served as the liaison with our bank for financing and develop the company's financial forecasts. I negotiated pricing and customer contracts when necessary. In 2012 I retired as an active employee but remain as a corporate officer and owner/director. The mining operations is now under the management of Titan Aggregates Co.
