Event support, media relations, social media management and content creation are the four primary aspects of my role at Performance Communications. Working with multiple clients simultaneoulsy has taught me an abundance of skills.
Working a job during my final year of university helped further develop my organisation skills. It was at the bar I further developed my customer service skills and ability to manage a part-time job with the pressures of my final year at university.
Triumph allowed me to immerse myself in many aspects of marketing. Key areas were event support, digital marketing and content creation.
Throughout my time as a Customer Service Assistant and a Supervisor I learnt many practical skills such as Customer Service and an insight into the business world. It allowed me to stand on my own two feet and eliminate the need for help from my parents. The dual store aspect meant I learnt to adapt my role to each store, treating them as separate entities. I learnt the different ways each store ran, working with a variety of colleagues to motivate my team to create an efficient and enjoyable place to work.
