About

As leader of TomorrowToday Strategy Group, Dean works with senior executives to shape future-fit strategy and accelerate transformation. He founded TomorrowToday Global’s London and international office twenty years ago, after playing an active role in the McKinsey-led Legal Day One and synergy strategy for one of Africa’s largest financial services mergers. Dean has been involved in strategies that have transformed some of the world’s largest mining, retail, pharma, and financial services organisations, with a focus on enterprise strategy, growth, and large-scale transformation. Dean is a global keynote speaker on future trends, strategy, and transformation. He is also the co-host of the *Elephants in the Boardroom* podcast, where he tracks the most disruptive global trends — and what they mean for growth, resilience, and leadership in an increasingly fragmented world. Alongside his client work, Dean has lectured at Oxford Saïd, Henley, Imperial, King’s College London, and the Centre for European Leadership Development on the INSEAD campus, bridging boardroom realities with academic rigour. After years advising global organisations on strategy and change, Dean’s next chapter is focused on expanding TomorrowToday Strategy Group’s footprint through innovation — including the IGNITE change model and new ways of helping leadership teams move faster to capitalise on AI and other emerging shifts. Outside work, Dean is a keen former swimmer, rugby player, and an active cyclist. He’s a huge sports fan — especially Bath Rugby — as well as a passionate scuba diver and underwater photographer.
