About

My purpose is simple: To leave every person I work with feeling more confident than when we started With 25+ years’ experience in leadership and people development, supported by 18 years as a qualified HR professional, and 8 years as a mental health and wellbeing specialist, I’ve supported organisations across the UK and Europe to build workplaces where people feel valued, supported and able to thrive I’m naturally curious and a lifelong learner. I stay current by continuously developing my own practice through extensive study, professional memberships and a very well-used library of books and resources I work with organisations who genuinely care about their peopl, the kind of businesses who want confident, focused, capable, motivated and resilient managers and who offer person-centred and compassionate support. The type of businesses that genuinely want to invest in their people, not because it looks good on paper, but because they believe it’s the right thing to do I am passionate about making a difference, and regularly volunteer to support individuals to live happier, healthier and more productive lives
