Manage all aspects of Central Operations including accounting, budget, contracting, purchasing, payroll, and facilities. Establish internal controls, serve as primary audit contact for external audits, work with internal audit staff to develop audit and compliance monitoring activities. Prepare external reporting, collaborate with federal oversight agencies and other state agencies to accomplish shared goals. Manage accounting cycle including day to day activities, payment systems, financial statements, reporting, and closing activities. Serve on Children’s Trust fund board, as appointed by the Governor.
