My fascination with health and fitness started young. Growing up in a household that was dominated by sports, I was on the path to a promising athletic career before suffering a knee injury halted proceedings. It was this sudden change of trajectory in my own life - alongside a peanut allergy diagnosis for my daughter - that prompted me to delve deeper into the world of health and nutrition. Everything I do centres around the notion that wellness starts from within. Helping my clients to achieve balance through natural means, be it lifestyle changes like functional fitness, supplements, or therapeutic nutrition. I’m passionate about all things health and wellness, including biohacking, health optimisation, peptides, gut health, navigating autoimmune issues, maximising sport performance, and energy optimisation. Whether it’s overcoming individual auto-immune issues, hormone imbalances, or achieving progress with gut health, energy or aesthetics, I always strive to bring clients the results they desire. My primary goal now is to educate others about what a high-quality, healthy lifestyle could and should look like. It’s why I became a certified functional medicine coach. The Clean Living Company was born out of this same passion for healthy living and the exceptional benefits of therapeutic nutrition.
