I am a very passionate person, with some previous experience especially in Liaison Officer, Front Desk, Room Attendant and Daily Worker Discipline, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure is my work ethic. I want to learn new things and take the initiative to help the team in completing work such as asking questions and being sensitive to the surrounding environmen.
• Check-in arriving guests and check-out departing guests in a friendly and attentive manner in accordance with Aloft Hotel standards. • At check-in, register guests and assign rooms. Accommodate special requests where possible. If required, assist guests in completing registration cards. • Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and promote other hotel services. • Verify the guest's payment method and follow established credit check procedures or refer cash payments to the cashier. • Upon guest departure, process guest check out procedures. Inquire about last-minute charges. Receive payment from the guest. Settle the guest's bill and provide a copy of the bill. Handle all front office cashier transactions such as charging guests. • Answer all guest requests and queries in a friendly and attentive manner, either over the phone or in person, provide/receive information and take appropriate action or refer the matter to the relevant person to handle. • Handle guest luggage if required both at check-in and check-out. • Coordinate room status updates with the housekeeping department by informing them of late check-outs, early check-ins and special requests.
