Greetings, I am Dean ā a final-year International Business student with hands-on experience in project management and people management through my roles as Head of Human Resources at HIPMI PT UNPAD and People & Culture Associate at TEDxPadjadjaran University. At HIPMI PT Unpad, I led internal HR initiatives, managed team performance evaluation, and supported cross-functional coordination to ensure organizational productivity. At TEDxPadjadjaran University, I contributed to member development programs, facilitated engagement initiatives, and supported structured team management within a dynamic, high-performance environment. These experiences strengthened my skills in stakeholder coordination, team alignment, documentation, and execution monitoring. With a strong foundation in organizational leadership and project execution, I am currently seeking opportunities to gain professional internship experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment, HR operations, and people development.
