I am the COO of the Engineering Business Unit at Nova Participações (Nova Engevix Engenharia, Nova Engenharia, and IFX) and a partner at BMBConsult Engenharia, with over 20 years of experience in infrastructure, always focusing on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. 🎓 Education and Specializations Civil Engineer, Master in Water Resources and Environment, with MBAs in Project Management, Business Management, and Energy Industry (FGV), an MBA in Renewable Energy (Estácio), and currently pursuing a Specialization in Energy Transition (PUC-PR). I am a PMP (Project Management Professional) certified by PMI. 🏗️ Professional Experience I work in the development and management of large-scale infrastructure projects, involving: ✔ Renewable energy (hydropower plants, photovoltaic, wind, BESS, pumped-storage, biomass, and green hydrogen); ✔ Sanitation and energy efficiency; ✔ Dam safety and water resources management; ✔ Transportation infrastructure (ports, airports, metro systems, railways, highways); ✔ General industry. I am also a member of the ICOLD technical committees on dam hydraulics and climate change, as well as a board member and coordinator of the Hydraulic Dams Committee at CBDB. 🌱 ESG and Sustainability I firmly believe that engineering and sustainability go hand in hand.
