IV identifies, equips, and resources missional business operators (MBOs) in the EMEA region with a strategic focus in the hotel industry. Since 1999, I have built, led and exited multiple ventures across the Technology, Energy, Healthcare and Hospitality industries. What sets my approach apart is a global perspective - I have worked in and across Latin America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. That cross-cultural exposure isn't just a footnote, it shapes how I build teams, identify talent, and solve problems in diverse markets. Through my work with Integra Ventures, I continue to support social impact initiatives in frontier markets, focusing on sustainable growth and indigenous leadership. I speak fluent Spanish and have spent the last 35 years moving between boardrooms and fieldwork across the USA, Latin America, Europe and Africa.
