I am resourceful and have proven myself against the odds in many times. 4 years travelling all around the world with the MotoGP championship or being I'm charge of a new huge office for Typerform in a really short time... THAT was working against the odds… ;) Used to working with providers and managing budgets. Not scared of tight schedules, ocasional travels or overnight work when needed, and in fact consider them part of my job in this crazy world of IT that I chose (or maybe it chose me!).
Upgrade of wireless infrastructure in old Doctor Trueta office Achievements related to the new office in Bac de Roda (see #lifeattypeform on Twitter) - Completely revamped network infrastructure, access control systems, alarms, CCTV, switching, Sonicwall firewall with 2 balanced fiber connections, and WiFi using Ubiquity equipment - Setup of eight meeting rooms, bar, stand-up meeting areas: audiovisuals, Raspberry Pi dashboards, Envoy app for visitors and full definition for room booking system - VPN service configured and enabled (secure connections to our AWS infrastructure) Other responsibilities: - Google Apps management In charge of equipment for new joiners (company growth from 60 to 160 employees in less than a year) - Daily support to all employees (95% Mac users, 5% Windows users plus several handheld devices) - Maintenance, update, and optimization of all existing servers/switches/access points
