Every enduring enterprise reaches a defining moment: the transition from founder-led decision-making to an institution capable of enduring across generations. At that point, success depends on more than capital performance. It depends on governance, risk management, capital allocation, and succession architecture. My work is centred on building those foundations, operating on the principal side of the table, where capital is allocated, structures are designed, and continuity is engineered. Over the past fifteen years, I have worked across global private banking, wealth management, family offices, and institutional strategy, helping design the governance, operating models, and capital frameworks that support long-term continuity. I view intergenerational success as a systems challenge as much as a financial one: organisations need robust infrastructure, disciplined decision-making, and institutional frameworks that endure beyond individual leaders. Family Office & Capital Architecture Within a leading UAE-based multi-generational family office, I work across strategy, governance, and nine-figure capital allocation spanning private equity, venture capital, private credit, and commercial real estate. My focus includes capital architecture, structured investment vehicles, institutional partnerships, and cross-border investment strategy, including an AED 1bn DIFC SPV framework designed to align global capital with GCC opportunities. Enterprise Financial Infrastructure I am also architecting financial, governance, and compliance infrastructure for the GCC, bringing together requirements including UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, e-invoicing, and payroll compliance within a unified operating architecture for growing businesses. My work sits at the intersection of institutional governance, financial infrastructure, capital strategy, and applied technology, with a focus on building organisations that can scale with resilience, transparency, and control. I welcome conversations with family offices, institutional investors, boards, founders, and strategic partners building enduring organisations across the UK and GCC. Current Focus • Financial infrastructure and enterprise governance for the GCC • DIFC/ADGM vehicle architecture and private-market allocation • Intergenerational governance and succession • Board advisory and institutional partnerships
