I was able to take part in an insight event hosted by Shoosmiths in the Birmingham office, regarding careers into Commercial Law. We interacted with many current lawyers, gauging an idea of life at the Birmingham office and the work of a commercial lawyer. We were given the chance to apply this, enacting in activities based on real life events, as well as networking with other students from around the county.
