About

I help leaders build trusted, resilient, future-ready organizations through enterprise modernization, ServiceNow transformation, trusted data, and responsible AI. As a Cognizant Senior Business Consultant, I partner with healthcare, public sector, and enterprise leaders to modernize operations, strengthen governance, improve decision-making, and align people, process, and technology around measurable outcomes. I founded Women AI Labs™ to close the gap between how fast AI is changing careers, supporting University to Laid of AI Worker career training and tooling, and how slowly institutions are building safeguards against algorithmic bias. #FixTheAlgorithm exists to expand access to AI education, mentorship, and leadership while advancing transparent, accountable, human-centered technology. AI bias impact is embedded in Public Safety and Commercial workflows into hiring, promotion, layoffs, healthcare, education, government services, customer support, and everyday work decisions. Meanwhile, talented people are being displaced, students are entering a workforce they were not fully prepared for, and women remain underrepresented in the systems shaping the future. Women AI Labs™ exists to change that. We are building a Chicago-anchored, globally connected nonprofit effort focused on three urgent outcomes: Help laid-off and AI-impacted professionals connect to their next careers. Elevate women, students, career changers, mentors, researchers, and developers into visible AI leadership. Identify, test, correct, and report algorithmic bias using practical responsible AI methods. Our work is powered by the DAUGHTER Framework: Detect > Analyze > Understand > Govern > Human-review > Test > Evaluate > Report This method helps businesses, colleges, workforce partners, civic leaders, and policymakers move beyond AI ethics statements into measurable proof. My work is driven by one belief: Technology will keep evolving. Leadership determines whether it creates trust. Areas of Focus: Enterprise Strategy, Responsible AI, ServiceNow Transformation, Trusted Data, AI Governance, Healthcare and Public Sector Innovation, Operational Excellence, and Executive Change Leadership.

Experience

  • Founder at Women AI Labs
    Jul 2026 - Present · 1 mo

Women AI Labs™ is a Chicago-anchored nonprofit initiative helping communities respond to AI disruption with equity, career resilience, responsible AI governance, and measurable bias correction. This mission comes from decades of work in social business solutions, enterprise delivery, ServiceNow transformation, and AI governance. Across that work, one lesson has remained clear: people, process, and fairness determine whether technology creates help or harm. I am fortunate to have worked with the worlds best leaders. this work aligns with my continued role at Cognizant, a company recognized by Guinness World Records for the largest Vibe-Coding event. It leverages my earlier Application Impact Analysis, with B. Epstein published in the Journal of Business Continuity & Emergency Planning. Our article advanced a risk-based approach to business continuity, is indexed by the NIH National Library of Medicine, and is referenced by U.S. Health and Human Services emergency preparedness resources. That experience matters now because AI disruption is also a continuity issue. Careers are being displaced. Biased systems are shaping access to jobs, services, funding, education, and visibility. Communities need more than concern. They need methods, proof, and builders. I founded Women AI Labs™ to support laid-off and AI-impacted professionals, elevate women and underrepresented leaders in AI, and create practical ways to identify, test, remediate, and report algorithmic bias across business, workforce, government, education, and digital systems. Our current focus is the July 18–19 Chicago + Virtual Vibe-Coding Pilot, seeking advisory and sponsor recruitment, AI career resilience pathways, pop-up labs, bias-correction dashboards a call to action for responsible humanitarian AI. This is not theory or influence. It is a deliberate nonprofit movement to make AI more fair, safe, useful, visible, and accountable, with results and champions reported every International Women’s Day.
