Responsible for understanding business/department needs and goals, creating data-driven analysis and insight to support management decisions. Member of the Marketing Operations Team - responsibilities include but not limited to: - Salesforce Database Standardization, Maintenance and Cleansing - Salesforce Database Process Documentation and Training - Salesforce Liaison for Marketing - Salesforce Campaign, Lead, Account, Contact and Opportunity Governance - Marketing Automation Alignment with both Pardot and Marketo - Industry level account segmentation using Data.com, DiscoverOrg - Building reports in Salesforce for Demand Program Specialists and Sales Teams - Database vendor and license management - Maintaining all aspects of CRMFusion including PeopleImport, Demand Tools and DupeBlocker
Directly support the VP of Marketing and marketing goals of $75 million telecommunications company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Interpreting, editing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 to fit the needs of the five vertical sales teams and support teams using CRM including: - Training, coaching and supporting all 55 users who use the CRM system - Integration of all sales processes into CRM - All data migration functions including those necessary when CRM was first implemented - Continued updates to the system to handle changing corporate environment - All marketing programs to prospects and current customers - Preparing reports for Sales Executives and Finance departments - Maintaining and updating CRM database of prospects and customers - Email campaigns to prospects and customers using the CRM2Emails Constant Contact plug-in - Trouble-shooting CRM system as necessary • Managing sales leads and databases • Planning and coordinating all aspects of national tradeshow program • Preparing internal and external Power Point presentations • Managing corporate marketing promotional items
Manage all business affairs including but not limited to: • All accounting and payroll functions, daily deposits and reconciliations • Issue monthly financial statements • Settle all co-promotion shows • Issue all rental contracts • Maintain yearly budget and cash flow • Issue and track purchase orders • Create all in-house print materials including postcards, flyers, brochures and programs • Assist with all box office affairs.
