I'm a Mechanical Engineer with a background that spans both the production floor and the engineering office. That combination — hands-on welding experience paired with 3D/2D CAD design — gives me an end-to-end understanding of how machines are built, not just how they look on a screen. At MEYN Polska, I design mechanical documentation in CATIA V5 for industrial poultry processing machinery, develop welding fixtures for robotic welding cells, and manage engineering issue workflows across Polish, Dutch, Italian and American teams. In 2025, I personally resolved around 300 out of 945 engineering tickets handled by our international team — including design errors, improvement requests and production support cases. One of my more satisfying projects was redesigning a series of welding fixtures for our robotic welding cell. The result: roughly 25% shorter welding cycle times and a near-doubling of operator safety compared to the previous setup. That kind of outcome — measurable, visible, and felt on the shop floor — is what I find most rewarding about this work. I'm looking to grow into more complex design challenges, ideally in a remote or internationally oriented role where I can work with experienced teams and keep developing my technical skills.
