Asphalt materials and plant operations leader with more than a decade of experience supporting major transportation infrastructure projects across New York. My work focuses on asphalt mix design, quality control systems, and implementing innovative materials that improve pavement durability and sustainability. I currently oversee quality control and production operations for asphalt plants serving Port Authority of NY & NJ, NYSDOT, NYCDOT, and NYCDDC projects, while developing advanced mixtures including Performance Engineered Mixtures (PEM), Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) and Warm Mix (WM) technologies. I enjoy collaborating with engineers, contractors, and agencies to deliver high-performance infrastructure materials while reducing environmental impact through EPD implementation and low-carbon mixture development.
