I lead global digital transformation at VEJA, enabling business growth and innovation through cloud-based, data-centric and customer-focused solutions across Wholesale, eCommerce, Omnichannel and Retail operations. With more than 20 years of IT leadership in retail, fashion, distribution and sport industries, I focus on building scalable digital foundations, modernizing enterprise systems, and strengthening planning, analytics and operational capabilities. I built a business partnership mindset and managed complex global programs, IT landscapes, and M&A-related transformations. A key strategic priority today is the acceleration of AI initiatives, identifying opportunities and delivering concret use cases that enhance creativity, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Setup of global IT governance while leading major Digital & IT transformation programs: - Achieved a Zero Trust–aligned cybersecurity posture - Built a data-centric architecture and deployed an enterprise data platform - Led SAP S/4 rollout in Brazil and preparation of the global core model - Renewed the POS solution and deployed it worldwide - Implemented the B2B eCommerce platform for wholesale operations - Replaced the B2C eCommerce platform and designed omnichannel processes - Supported worldwide store openings and operational readiness - Drove applied AI initiatives (creative-support tools, automation, customer-service bot, conversational sales)
Previously Lagardère Sports and Entertaiment - Led a 3-year IT roadmap (EUR 14M yearly) across Europe, the US, and Asia - Established a global IT Business Partner operating model - Modernized CRM, Sales and Customer Engagement systems - Managed IT activities during the company sale, including carve-out and rebranding - Strengthened governance, agility and cross-regional alignment
€ 400 M turnover in 2018 with 65 agencies in 25 countries. - Led the design and deployment of a global application landscape built on unified business rules. - Drove the digitalization of CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and HR processes across multiple regions. - Built a data-centric architecture with a shared data hub supporting analytics, planning, and reporting. - Oversaw solutions based on SAP ERP, BW on HANA, Analytics Cloud, SAP C4C, and SAP BFC. - Defined and implemented an international IT governance model aligned with audit requirements and business needs.
- Managed all IT systems and projects for the Group’s Central Buying division. - Delivered a strategic annual vendor negotiation platform (3-year program, 1000 man-days, 250 users). - Supported major purchasing digitalization initiatives across the Casino Group. - Collaborated closely with business teams to improve process efficiency and data integrity.
- Delivered end-to-end SAP IS-Retail implementations in full project lifecycle mode. - Key projects: • Altadis Distribution (2007–2009) • Nestlé France – GLOBE Program (2006–2007) - Designed and implemented logistics integrations with WMS and third-party systems. - Managed functional specifications, solution design, and delivery in multi-stakeholder environments.
