In my role as a Sales Merchandising, I was responsible for optimizing products, presentations and supporting sales strategies. Together with the team I managed the merchandising processes, including effectively presenting products to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth. Additionally, I handled pricing management, ensuring prices were consistent and competitive. I played a proactive role in inventory management, ensuring popular products were always in stock and inventory was efficiently managed. Beside of that I also oversaw the webshop, maintaining up-to-date product descriptions, pricing, and availability while contributing to a seamless online shopping experience for customers. Through my attention to detail and customer focus, I contributed to achieving sales targets and overall customer satisfaction.
At Meilink I was a project coördinator within the Return 4 Reuse project, a collaboration with ASML. Here I managed the operational part from Meilink side and improve the proces together with our partner(s). Beside that I was responsible for the contact with a few clients and purchasing parts for our production.
As production assistent at EndemolShine I was part of the world domino team for Domino Day 2020. During this period I was involved in the creative process as well the technical aspects of this event. Together with the designers and project managers I coordinated the progress during the translation from design to reality. Furthermore I was responsible for a part of the administration. Unfortunately the project had to stop due to Covid-19.
Next to my duties at the main entrance department of the Efteling, I supported the Strategy and Innovation department as a project assistent. In that role I supported small research studies and processed data obtained from various internal and external studies.
In 2014 I started my job at the Efteling as Junior Host at the main entrance of the park. Here I started with just operational activities, but over time I joined the front office team at the park's Guest Services. Furthermore my operational activities changed from a supporting role into a more steering role within the team.
In the winter from 2018 I was asked to (briefly) join the HRD department in the Efteling. In this period the internal education program got converted from the administration departmant to the HR department. During this period I was responsible for getting all the information up to date, making plannings for trainings and do the administration for those trainings.
