Responsible for the service management and operations of the IT infrastructure (network, compute, security, storage, ...). Manage IT support team and external partners. Responsible for executing various projects from scratch (hands-on): (10Gb backbone, deployment of a HA datacenter, creation of a domain network, Veeam Backup&Replication, Exchange 2019 DAG, wifi, network segmentation, ...).
• Exchange to O365 migrations Azure AD Connect, Skykick •installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure; VMWare, Hyper-V, HP and Dell server hardware Server 2008-2008R2-2012-2012R to Server 2016 - Server 2019 Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2016 •managing email, anti-spam and virus protection; TM WFBS, N-able, Symantec Endpoint •suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems; •analysing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password; •undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security, •providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence; •planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work;
