As an experienced Visual Merchandising Expert, I excel at creating visually compelling store environments that elevate brand identity and drive customer engagement. I have a strong ability to immerse myself in a brand’s ethos, allowing me to develop tailored VM guidelines that align with the brand’s core values. With a deep understanding of consumer behavior, I craft displays that resonate with customers and boost sales. Let’s connect!
I now combine visual merchandising with training and supporting our store teams, helping them drive sales and deliver great in-store experiences.
As Visual Merchandiser at Essentiel Antwerp, I am responsible for creating, and implementing the visual merchandising strategy across our boutiques and concession stores. This includes setting VM guidelines, ensuring regular updates to windows and in-store presentation, and aligning brand identity consistently across markets. I place a particular focus on the Dutch market and our Bijenkorf concessions, while also providing in depth trainings for store staff.
In this role as Visual Merchandising Manager, I was responsible for the visual merchandising strategy across 92 stores in 5 countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany and Austria. I developed VM guidelines and determined the window looks, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presentation globally. My work involved creating engaging and innovative displays that attract customers and enhance their shopping experience, aligning with the latest trends and brand identity.
