    Radcure3 Plant @ the Drogenbos (B) Production Site - responsible for the Radcure3 production organization: * safety * quality * production volumes * production period cost * people - total production staff: * 25 operators in a 5-shift full continuous system * 1 production supervisor, 1 assistant production supervisor and 1 assistant production supervisor in training * 1 admin employee - close contact with different departments: engineering, quality, safety, R&D, TS&D, HR, site direction, global functions - contact with unions and labour organization as well as in the field as during works council as during the safety committee Achievements - no OSHA recordable injuries during this period - increased the PEA production capacity from 6500 to 9000 Ton/year together with the process engineering department (and without major investments) - heavily involved with higher management in the reorganization (design and implementation) of all operational departments on the Drogenbos Site (2008-2009). Participated in the preparation and the discussions/information sessions (incl. workers council meetings) in the framework of the ‘wet Renault’. Total period cost saving of $6.8M was achieved.
