Youth Advisory Committee representative on the 4-H Canada Board of Directors.
I represent 4-H Canada working directly with national staff and governors through targeted working groups to drive policy development. I help plan and deliver national conferences, provide youth-informed input on program resources, and support digital communications that strengthen engagement for members nationwide. Board Groups/Committees: Audit and Finance Board Committee, Program Innovation Committee, 4-H Alberta Conflict Code of Conduct Working Group, National Program Accessibility Working Group.
During my time in the Sales Associate position at Tilted Barn, I took on a dual role as a product representative and event coordinator. In addition to supporting the retail side of the business at large scale end consumer events, working closely with a team, I helped execute the company’s activities, managing logistics and on-site operations. I maintained strong relationships with retailers by providing excellent support, communicating updates, and addressing their needs. This experience enhanced my skills in sales, relationship management, and event planning, while also strengthening my teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
As a product representative for Tilted Barn, I promoted products at large scale events and expos. My responsibilities included engaging with customers, explaining the unique benefits of our offerings, and building connections with potential and returning clients. I ensured our displays were appealing to all demographics of clients, managed inventory, and processed transactions efficiently. I also provided customer feedback to the Tilted Barn team to support marketing improvements and product enhancements. This role allowed me to strengthen my skills in sales, customer service, and brand representation while gaining valuable experience in event-based marketing.
