Senior Engineer at Toyota Motor Europe (Technology Research Planning) working at the interface between EU research and innovation. I coordinate TME's engagement in EU R&I Public Programmes (i.e., Horizon Europe), building strategic synergies with industry, academia, and EU platforms (e.g., ERTRAC,...) to align European public R&I with Toyota’s long-term R&I strategy. My background combines engineering training with hands-on experience in EU-funded collaborative R&I projects, technology mapping, and cross-regional coordination with global Toyota advanced research entities, supporting TME’s positioning as a trusted partner in Europe’s future mobility research ecosystem
- Coordinate TME involvement in collaborative EU funded projects (Horizon Europe) with EU academia and industry. - Represent TME in EU platforms like EUCAR and ERTRAC. - Support TME internal innovation process through idea campaigns, tech scouting, and project management.
Development of R&D project proposals for Horizon 2020/Horizon Europe, focusing on various areas such as carbon neutrality, bio-materials, battery technologies, circular economy, and more. This includes identifying suitable EU funding calls, ideation for project proposals, and assembling competitive consortiums.
