-Developed centralized pricing warehouse and created financial model to gain insight into revenue, margin and volume implications of price changes across three tier system. -Led negotiations with 350 distributors to transition business model from Distributors picking up beer and paying for freight to New Belgium delivering beer and paying for freight. -Analyzed margins for new product launches and worked with Sales to implement pricing -Worked with I.T. to streamline data and improve financial and pricing reporting -Provided Senior Leadership ad hoc analysis and reporting that gave insight into likely outcomes based on various decision trees. -Participated in process to higher Pricing Coordinator and trained him to understand and maintain our data structure as well as provide pricing analysis to Sales.
