About

For thirty years, I’ve been immersed in the world of organizational learning and change. I’ve been both a consultative practitioner who helps people embrace change and a collaborative innovator who designs and delivers high-impact learning experiences for people who lead change. Inquisitiveness and passion around the future of learning have been the golden thread linking together the various stages of my journey in consulting. The amplification of human potential through the mediation of technology has been the constant horizon of that journey. I'm also a passionate storyteller who understands the power of story for individuals and groups in transition and transformation. Show me a “typical” enterprise undergoing transformative change and I’ll show you a unique story of change in the making. Here are a few things I love doing: Helping clients successfully navigate the human challenges associated with complex, transformational change. Delivering human-centric solutions to complex business problems through learning strategy, curriculum design, instructional design, learning content development & curation, communications, and change management. Optimizing learner experience through multiple learning approaches and media, including Instructor-Led Classroom Training (In-Person & Virtual), Self-Study Courses, Application Simulations, Knowledge Repositories, and many varieties of Digital and Collaborative Learning. Enhancing the performance of global, multidisciplinary development teams (instructional designers, graphic designers / artists, project managers, SMEs, and trainers) through a blend of directive leadership, personal influence, and creative engagement. Building and sustaining stakeholder trust, confidence, and commitment on challenging assignments. Driving business transformation through co-authorship of knowledge capital and insight related to GenAI & Human Potential, Digital Storytelling, Employee Digital Experience, Virtual Collaboration, Agile OCM, Design Thinking, etc.
