I am a healthcare revenue cycle professional with more than 15 years of experience specializing in insurance discovery and eligibility integrity. I am a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA) and hold the Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) and Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) designations, reflecting deep expertise across both the operational and financial dimensions of the revenue cycle. I currently serve as Vice President of Insurance Discovery Solutions at eInsights, where I help healthcare organizations uncover hidden coverage, reduce revenue leakage, and improve financial outcomes while supporting a better patient financial experience. My career has been rooted in insurance discovery organizations, where I have held roles across business development, implementation, client services and solutions consulting, giving me a practical, end‑to‑end perspective on what it takes to successfully deploy and sustain these solutions. Throughout my career, I have partnered with healthcare providers across the spectrum — from large, complex academic medical centers to community‑based organizations and physician groups — helping teams navigate payer complexity, operational constraints, and evolving reimbursement challenges. I am also an active leader within HFMA, serving on the board of the South Texas Chapter, and I remain committed to advancing best practices and education within the healthcare finance community. My focus is helping providers protect earned revenue and build more sustainable financial operations through proven, scalable discovery strategies.
