Sika is the world's leading supplier of adhesive solutions for auto glass replacement. In my role at Sika, I identified market trends and needs to build Sika's customer-focused, easy to use adhesive bonding solutions. - Train the Trainer programs for auto glass replacement - Development of the Innovative PowerCure adhesive platform for commercial vehicle glass replacement - Support channel partners with smart push and pull tools
Building up Sika's Aftermarket business in China and Asia Pacific. - The nomination of channel partners - Supporting Auto Glass Companies in Safety Awareness Programs
Responsible for the global and regional product portfolios for the Automotive Glass Replacement (AGR) business. Development of key markets in the UK, China and India together with the local Sika Sales Organizations by the implementation of tailored strategies. Development of training modules and realization of such training internally and with customers. Marketing campaigns with a focus on safety and quality. Project Manager of the next system innovation in AGR (PowerCure) with a project budget of 5+ million CHF, reporting to the group management of Sika AG.
