Verium is a leading Swiss Multi Family Office (Wealth Management, Real Estate, PE/Direct Investments) • Building up and running the new COO function, incl. Risk & Compliance, Regulatory, IT, HR, Communications and Projects (e.g. new CRM platform) during pivotal business transformation and growth cycle of the company; • Project Manager to obtain FINMA license as a manager of collective assets (fund manager) and asset manager; • Person responsible to the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA Gewährsperson); • Running the management board meetings and change agenda.
