Ich arbeite an der Schnittstelle von Tech-Industry und Public Sector und baue strategische Partnerschaften, um B2G-Marktzugang, Adoption und Skalierung zu ermöglichen. Mein Schwerpunkt liegt auf Ecosystem Building, Partner Strategy, Go-to-Market und der Orchestrierung komplexer Stakeholder-Setups über Politik/Verwaltung, Unternehmen, Startups und Forschung hinweg – mit Fokus auf plattformbasierte, wiederverwendbare Lösungen für digitalen Staat. Aktuell bin ich Head of Partnerships & Ecosystem bei GovTech Deutschland. Ich verantworte den Ausbau unseres Partnernetzwerks und entwickle nationale und internationale Kooperationen zur Modernisierung der öffentlichen Verwaltung. In der Praxis heißt das: Public–Private Partnerships, Executive- und Behörden-Stakeholder-Management, Übersetzung von Produkt- und Wachstumslogik der Tech-Wirtschaft in Governance-, Security-, Sovereignty- und Procurement-Realitäten des Staates – und umgekehrt. Ziel: skalierbare Modelle statt Piloten, belastbare Kooperationen statt Einzelprojekte. Zuvor war ich 10 Jahre bei Google, davon 7 Jahre als Leiter des Verlagsgeschäfts in Subsahara-Afrika. Dort habe ich Business Development, Partner Management und digitale Geschäftsmodelle in dynamischen, oft stark regulierten Märkten verantwortet. Ergänzend war ich European Sales Director eines Scale-ups in London (Revenue/Growth, Enterprise Sales, Partnerships). Meine Produktperspektive bringe ich aus einer Product-Management-Rolle in Kenia mit (u. a. mobile payments / mobile financial services). Zusätzlich habe ich Forschungs- und Projekterfahrung bei der Weltbank, der GIZ in Mosambik und dem Medical Research Council UK in Uganda gesammelt – mit Fokus auf Wirkung, Umsetzung und Skalierung in unterschiedlichen institutionellen Kontexten. Creating value through inclusive finance Financial Sector Deepening Kenya (FSD Kenya) is an independent trust dedicated to the achievement of a financial system that delivers value for a green and inclusive digital economy while improving financial health and capability for women and micro and small enterprises (MSEs). We work closely with the public sector, the financial services industry, and other partners to develop financial solutions that better address the real-world challenges that low-income households, micro and small enterprises, and underserved groups such as women and youth face.
