- Lead, direct, and be accountable for the overall performance of assigned vehicle portfolio. - Define project scope, goals, that support project requirements with leadership team. - Manage risks across projects within assigned portfolio of vehicles. - Communicate with all global stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress solutions. - Develop and track budget items and facilitate reconciliation to allocated global program budget. - Develop and share Eng / Manufacturing / After sales design solutions with global homerooms. - Provide technical leadership and guidance crossfuctionally to global teams. - Implement and maintain project quality plans across global engineering/manuf/supply chains. - Liaison with next gen product development to ensure lessons learned implemented. - Support Business Development of After sales / Dealers in SEA regions.
