About

I started off in my career (aside from cutting lawns and such when I was younger) "flipping chicken" at Chick-Fil-A. As soon as I was of age, at 18 years old, I was promoted to Team Leader and later on to Senior Team Leader. Later, I decided to look for better opportunity in the restaurant world rather than fast food. After being a Line Cook Supervisor, I decided to make a major leap in my life over to sales with Nationwide Biweekly Administration (NBA). Say what you will about that company, but it was a great opportunity for me. It was a great office to work it, and no matter what Google may say about them, their product worked. I was able to get my feet wet in the sales division and then spent time shadowing the sales trainer. Shortly after, I became the Corporate Sales Trainer of the company until it was unexpectedly closed down. I joined LJR Electronics as part warehouse and part customer service. Very shortly after, promoted to full time customer service, then later on to Online Sales & Marketing Manager. The company was small so I wore multiple hats and ended up being the Marketing Manager, Inside IT, Quality Control Manager, Mobile Device Manager & Contract Manager. The owner ended up retiring and selling the company to a company based in the UK. They ended up already having a department for every position that I covered and no longer needed my position. I now joined Harley-Davidson of Xenia for a Driver position. I have a passion for driving large vehicles and trailers and Harleys. Now I can combine those passions all in one position and drive a truck and trailer, picking up and dropping off motorcycles for customers. In my free time between driving, I detail motorcycles to have them ready for customers or moving them to the sales floor. I feel truly blessed.

As a Step-Up Trainer I had to first learn everything that a Trainer needed to do to complete his job duties. After adequate training, I began to train the Sales class every four weeks. As acting Sales Trainer, I was required to teach the class how to use our systems, our sales techniques, how to overcome objections, and much more. I also had to test and grade the classes. I also created evaluations for the new associates and constantly had them evaluate me. I was required to train the class on everything they would need to know to perform there just as well as possible within four weeks. Also, as a Workforce Management Assistant, I had to audit the associates performance every week. This required me to run audits in our systems and manually go through each audit, grading their performance. I was also required to monitor the Sales floor during management meetings.
