Lead the municipal project development for Sedron's biosolids management infrastructure utilizing the VARCOR technology that combines efficient drying with mechanical vapor recompression and ammonia recovery. Sedron's biosolids management infrastructure includes the development of both regional and onsite applications for VARCOR biosolids processing systems.
Part of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for project development and growth in Inframark's Municipal Water Infrastructure O&M business and management of the flagship partnership with the City of Burbank. - Redeveloped Inframark's proposal templates to communicate differentiation and value added services - Led project development with first year results of $293 M of long term public private O&M contract value - Developed near term pipeline of opportunities > $250 M - Manage West Region flagship partnership with the City of Burbank for the operation of a 12.5 MGD wastewater/recycled water facility including management of an ELAP certified laboratory, IPP/ISP program management, and management of the wastewater capital improvement program (CIP). - Provided value added service for City of Burbank with inter-divisional support for a plant-wide SCADA upgrade project. - Moderated panel of bi-national water system executives for the NADBank Summit focused on water scarcity solutions
***SUEZ was acquired by Veolia in March 2022*** Led project transition of SUEZ projects after transition and served as interim project manager for one of my projects for 5 months during the transition. After several months of transitioning the projects, I then assumed the business development leadership role quickly securing a new partnership with the City of Los Angeles for O&M of the Hyperion Advanced Water Purification Facility, a 1.5 MGD MBD/MF/RO/AOP demonstration facility providing non-potable was to LAX Airport. This facility serves as a template for the City's Pure Water program conversion that will produce potable water reuse up to 275 MGD.
General Manager/Vice President with P&L responsibility for SUEZ' water/wastewater contract operations in California. Managed three projects that included a 12.5 MGD wastewater treatment facility and a 45 MGD advanced water treatment/recycled water facility with a staff of 94 based in California. In addition to P&L oversight, responsibilities included new project development to facilitate growth. Successfully positioned and pursued several complex water P3 projects that included partnerships with Design/Build and Infrastructure financing teaming agreements.
